The safety of our customers is our top priority at shack no.14, so we believe it is crucial to inform all of our customers of our stance regarding allergies in our kitchen.

We at shack.no14 are aware of your concerns regarding possible allergies in the foods you consume. Our main objective is to accurately disclose the allergens used in each dish. We carefully control how we produce our products and the ingredients we purchase to achieve this.

Despite our best efforts to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we are unable to guarantee that any of our dishes will be suitable for consumption by individuals who have certain allergies.

At shack no.14, we go out of our way to detect ingredients that could trigger adverse responses in those with food allergies. While we make an effort to educate our food manufacturing workers on the seriousness of food allergies, contamination is always a possibility.

Although we utilise colour-coded allergen equipment, adhere to strict cleanliness guidelines, and put our staff through extensive training, we are unable to guarantee that every single item on our menu is FREE from any specific allergen.

Customers with allergies to foods should be aware of this possibility.
